Gus' Nectar return/exchange policy NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only for same or similiar product ONLY if product is defective ei: broken glass or more than 1/4 of liquid escaped from bottle. Gus' Nectar reserves the right to decide whether to exchange product. Prices are subject to change without notice due to Olive Oil, glass prices etc. Our products are checked before shipment to ensure caps are tight. All products are shipped in each main box with approx 2" of tightly packed material around the individual glass boxes (has dividers). Packing material may shift slightly during shipment.
